WE DO
Wire Tech die work has included compound, forming, blanking, piercing, progressive, bending and eyelet dies.
Jigs and Fixtures: Assembly tools, testing fixtures, welding fixtures.
Production Parts Run-Off: Hole, drilling and milling sub assemblies
Precision Parts: Model work and prototypes CAD data can be transferred by modem or the internet.
Tooling: Wire Tech understood long ago that the only way to produce a quality tool was to hire programmers and operators who have a toolmaking background with the knowledge of what fits are required for each detail.
WIRE TECH also does sub-contract work for various automotive, aircraft, electronic and instrument, medical, molding and small arms manufacturers.

MEDICAL INDUSTRY
Our goal at Wire Tech is to exceed our customer’s expectations. Our many years of experience in the medical field along with utilizing our talented EDM team have and continue to solve many of our customer’s most challenging jobs.
Due to the size of our company many jobs may be moved to various machines for optimal machine utilization, this allows us to wire EDM medical production jobs without interrupting the normal workflow of tooling work, prototypes or production wire EDM work through our facility.

Wire Tech has been making components for handgun and rifles since 1996. What constitutes a good firearm? We agree with most owners who say a firearm that is manufactured with quality workmanship would produce the one needed ingredient: reliability. This is something that WireTech strides to achieve with every job, customer and commitment.
